TAVRQ
Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of TAVRQ, operated by BAB Studios in Birmingham, England. By creating an account you agree to them.
What TAVRQ does
TAVRQ shows content from platforms you connect, lets you react and comment on it, and lets you publish to those platforms. It works only through each platform's official interface. What TAVRQ can show depends on what each platform allows: some provide your full feed, while others, such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Threads, allow only your own posts.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- You are responsible for activity on your account, so keep your sign-in secure.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Connected platforms
When you connect a platform you authorise TAVRQ to act on it for you, only when you ask: loading your feed, searching, reacting, commenting and posting. You remain bound by that platform's own rules. TAVRQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the platforms it connects to, and it cannot guarantee that a platform will keep offering the access TAVRQ relies on.
Acceptable use
Do not use TAVRQ to break the law or any platform's rules, to spam, harass or impersonate anyone, to automate activity those platforms prohibit, or to interfere with TAVRQ itself, including by probing it for weaknesses without permission. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
You own what you post. You give TAVRQ permission to handle it only as needed to deliver it where you ask, such as publishing a post to the platforms you choose.
AI assistant
The AI assistant can suggest captions, hashtags and ideas. Its suggestions can be wrong, so review them before you publish. You are responsible for what you post.
Subscriptions
- Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.
- New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you will not be charged.
- If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Deleting your account cancels your subscription.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Availability
We work to keep TAVRQ running, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, particularly when a connected platform changes or withdraws access.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, BAB Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of TAVRQ. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms, and will tell you in the app about significant changes. You can stop using TAVRQ and delete your account whenever you like.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
